Somerton Group of Artists monthly meeting and AGM
April 10th, AGM at 7:00pm at The Parish Rooms, Market Square, Somerton. Followed by a Needle Felt demonstration entitled “Landscape and Coastal Scenes” by Pip White.
“Pip’s use of fibre forms an illusion of watercolour or pastels and she creates landscapes and coastal scenes mainly from south-west England.
The works are lovingly made from Merino fleece and also from more exotic fibres such as yak and silk as well as other natural fibres.”
Free to members, Guests always welcome, £5 on the door, refreshments available.
