Gentle/Seated Pilates Class

A relaxed, friendly and social gentle exercise class for those who are getting back to exercise, recovering from injury/surgery or with underlying health conditions.  A 45 minute class with seated or supported exercises to help with strength, stability, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and mobility.  All exercises adaped to all ages and bodies.  Open to men and women of all ages.

11:45am – 12:30pm, Mondays at Barton St David Village Hall. £6 per session, payable in advance as a block of 5-7 weeks.
