Somerton Good Neighbours third AGM

Somerton Good Neighbours held their annual AGM on the 31st October. 14 volunteers met to review the year and make new plans. Chairman Annette Sparks thanked the volunteers for their hard work collecting shopping and prescriptions, transporting residents to medical appointments and running the Memory Cafe. Grateful thanks were given to the Mid Wessex Choir, Pawsability, the One Stop Shop and Somerton in Need for donations for the Memory Cafe. Future plans are to set up the Merry Widows, a support group for widows.
